About Us
IFEMED Journal Club is the Official Journal Club of the Obafemi Awolowo Medical Students’ Association. We are involved in hosting journal club activities, research education for medical students and article publishing in our IFEMED Journal.
Since its inception in 1975, the journal club has proved to be worthy of its repute by an unrelenting effort in publishing scientific journals on topical issues in contemporary healthcare.
IFEMED Journal is committed to providing high-quality, peer-reviewed medical research that contributes to the scientific community. Our journal primarily relies on the generous donations and financial support of our patrons, dedicated members of the IFEMED Journal community, and alumni of the College of Health Sciences at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. These contributions, along with modest fees for journal purchases, help us maintain our operations and ensure the journal’s sustainability.
To further support our efforts, we also charge for individual journal issues at reasonable rates, making our publications accessible to a wide audience while covering the costs of production and distribution.
Your contributions help us continue to publish cutting-edge research and support academic growth. We sincerely appreciate your generosity.
